TeeRoy's 2 Cents:

One person who won’t be in attendance is Summer Walker, who showed up to the taping of the award ceremony but was turned away due to COVID restrictions.

The show is pre-taped, which means they can edit around any artists that didn't show up.

Comedy podcast trio of 85 South -- DC Young Fly, Karlous Miller and Chico Bean -- are slated to MC for a second year in a row.

Giving out the awards on stage will be people like Trina, Remy Ma, Jermaine Dupri and Tank. Nelly will be honored with the I Am Hip-Hop Award, while LL Cool J will present Tyler The Creator with the first-ever Rock The Bells cultural influence award.
